"ECOM fulfillmemt is not efficient. Item is out of stock but still showing stock available. Info misleading customer to order then proceed with payment. The worst is 7-14 days to refund after cancellation by Watsons with reason no stock available. [Latest update] This happens to me again on 15-Apr-2022. I was able to place order then made payment then was told days later that order has been cancelled due to no stock."
