I can't sign in because I can't get verification code
It takes forever to load in the app and UI is all over the place. The icon for the item is too long and huge.Hope it will be well organised in the future updates.

The app sucks. Cannot even select a store for Click and Collect. How do you expect me to buy from your app. Login to website same problem, cannot select store. I did not have this problem last Dec 2021. Terrible app. Get it fixed else you will lose customers

Easy and convinient to use. Always get promotion notification.
ECOM fulfillmemt is not efficient. Item is out of stock but still showing stock available. Info misleading customer to order then proceed with payment. The worst is 7-14 days to refund after cancellation by Watsons with reason no stock available. [Latest update] This happens to me again on 15-Apr-2022. I was able to place order then made payment then was told days later that order has been cancelled due to no stock.
